We are living in dark times, daily absorbing more sadness, anger and anxiety than we can hold.

We seek the light.

The sun, the stars, the moon. The flame flickering on the candle.

We are light-beings. We are light-filled.

And yet, it eludes us.

Where is my light? How can I rekindle the passion I once felt? How will I find my way if I am so much in the dark of these days?

Longing to find that light inside ourselves we turn to art and to community.

Creative self-expression in a heart-centered community circle is a life-affirming act. A light-affirming act.

Whether you are looking for

the light within yourself,

the light of the Divine,

the light of passion,

or the healing light of love,

this two day program will provide you with opportunities to seek--and find--the light emanating from within yourself.

The program will include: art making (including, but not limited to, art journaling), guided visualizations, movement, costumes, dance, and sound, all within the safe and sacred space of Unfold Studio.

"The wound is where the light enters you." ~Rumi

the Source of Your Light

What is burning inside you?

You are aching to find the light. Something, somewhere is the flicker of warmth. It is deep within your heart and yet it is too shy to come forth on its own.

Following Your Light

Where does the light go?

Guidance from the Divine, your own intuition, Mother Earth...these are your maps. You have read the cards, the signs. You carry the symbols with you.

Sparking Your Light

What is burning inside you?

The intensity of desire. The longing for purpose. Listen to your passion calling out to you from the silence.  Uncover your passion by listening to your soul's voice.

Discount when you register for the whole weekend! Early bird discount through May 5th!

With color, line, words, movements you will dive into your inner space to coax this light forward. With Susie and friends as your guides, you will be held in a gentle container, a space to explore the sacred terrain of your soul.

Unravel your story through the intuitive process. Throughout the workshop you will have opportunities to use the full range of creative possibilities in the studio (collage, paint, stencils, and more) as well as engage in other expressive arts practices like authentic movement, drama play, and meditation. Small group sharing will take place throughout the days, offering deep connection, resonance, and support.

Embodied creativity has the power to lead us to new awakenings.

Your heart knows the way. Follow the light.

Susie is thoroughly excited to introduce you to three of her beautiful colleagues from the Person-Centered Expressive Arts Therapy Institute. They are collaborating together for this unique offering at Unfold Studio.
