WEEK THREE ♥ INSPIRE
LESSON 9 :: Creating a Year of Intention
You have reflected.
You have assessed.
You have brainstormed, and daydreamed, and collected.
You have chosen a word.
You have chosen more.
You have sprayed and played and created a beautiful deck of inspiration.
YOU'RE NOT DONE YET!
The last part of this process is about setting your intentions with awareness. That is NOT the same as making resolutions...resolutions that will fall by the wayside in a matter of weeks. It's not about creating a framework for increasing your guilt or shame at what you're NOT doing in your life. This is about reflection and awareness. It IS about reflecting (again) on what was missing last year (page 15 in the worksheets) and what you want to invite into this year to change that (page 16).
Part 4 in your worksheets gives you lots of space to journal and list the actions you can take to create your most inspired life. We return to each area of our lives and brainstorm. For example, if what you want to feel in home & lifestyle is peaceful, cozy, and clear what are the actions you could take to create that? Declutter...make more fires in the fireplace...look into an essential oil diffuser...talk to an organizer...
These are suggestions and ideas, not a bullet pointed to-do list.
HOW WILL THIS WORK?
Keep the worksheet packet in mind, use your Guiding Word for the Year as a beacon, go back to your Inspiration Card Deck every week, check in with yourself on a regular basis and ask: How am I feeling in the keys areas of my life?...all of these pieces work together to support you in keeping you in alignment with those feelings.
What can I do to feel how I want to feel?
How I want to feel...
MAKE A LIST OF DREAMS
There's another section of the packet, the final section in fact, and it is a bit dreamier. It's a dream/wish list.
The directions are in the worksheet on page 30. I hope you dive in deep and create a gorgeous list of possibility in your life. Share some of your best dreams with us in the Facebook group!

ART JOURNAL ABOUT IT
It's VERY important to art journal about creating your intentional life. Journaling about what you are envisioning and dreaming really hones the message in your request to the Universe. I urge you to create at least one page that focuses on the dreams you're dreaming and at least one page on what holds you back from really dreaming big.
