These are the days you’ll remember
Never before and never since, I promise
Will the whole world be warm as this
And as you feel it, you’ll know it’s true
That you are blessed and lucky
It’s true, that you are touched by something
That will grow and bloom in you
— Natalie Merchant, 10,000 Maniacs

These are some days.

Days that pull at our hearts and leave us panting at the side of the road.

When our world feels that it is turned upside down and we are shaken out onto the floor, it is more important than ever to be in soulful community, dipping our hands in paint, and visioning a future that is full of healing, meaning and beauty...

for ourselves and for the world.

What if I told you I know how to plant the seeds so that you can truly bloom into your life?

I know because I've done it for myself. I came out of years of trauma and turbulence and a life bereft of purpose...other than survival...and turned everything into abundance.

What if I told you there was another way to craft a life of intention and inspiration?

And it all started with my New Year's Eve practice.

Which is why I am beyond excited to be fulfilling one of MY biggest dreams:

A juicy, nourishing, and intimate New Year's Eve retreat for YOU!

I can't wait to create the container for you to dive into your creative flow, make art, make a mess, and get clear on the kind of life you want to live...are aching to live. Together we'll creative lives of intention, meaning, and purpose. Oh, and creativity!

I have been searching for three years to find the perfect space for this retreat. It needed to have just the right atmosphere, and just the right accommodations, and just the right balance of comfort and rustic and sacred.

Sort of like me, real, grounded and spiritual at the same time.

And finally I found it! And I couldn't believe my luck that not only was it available for New Year's Eve, but so was my partner in creative-crime, Laurell Bertino, with whom I've led both the Seeking the Light and Body Passion Project retreats this year.

PROGRAM:

DAY 1: Friday, December 29 | Gather in the late afternoon, settle into our personal spaces, wander, relax. Dinner and opening ceremony will begin at 6pm. Evening program to follow.

DAY 2: Saturday, December 30 |  A day for reflection. Looking back on the year that is ending. Remembering, journaling, art journaling. Moving: shaking it out of our bodies...all that we've collected. So much to parse through. So much to shed.

DAY 3: Sunday, December 31 | Guidance and inspiration. A deep dive into discovering what we are feeling, what we are WANTING to feel, to dream, to manifest. Much marinating in creativity and seeing where it takes us on our journey to finding our most meaningful life path. We will end the day with a celebration and ritual. It won't feel ANYTHING like the New Year's Eve parties of your past!

DAY 4: Monday, January 1 | New beginnings. The first day of the new year. We will spend this day focused on the year ahead and planting the seeds of our dreams. Visioning, list-making, manifesting, claiming our most inspired life stories.

DAY 5: Tuesday, January 2 | We'll begin the day with a nourishing breakfast and head straight into a closing circle. Deep sharing of what we have gleaned from this soul journey. We will be full of the amazingness of the days before and ready (maybe!) to head back into our lives, with a new sense of self, of intention, and of possibility.

**We recommend planning your travels so that you are not caught in Friday holiday weekend traffic. Come up early and spend the day wine tasting, shopping or visiting some of the lovely towns along Hwy 101 in Sonoma and Mendocino counties.**

Why a 5 day retreat?

Because I'm tired of squeezing it all in in a day-long workshop.

And I hate sending you home during a weekend program back to your lives and computers and kitchen sinks full of dirty dishes.

Because we can't really let go of our to do list if we don't really disengage from our responsibilities once in a while.

And because we can't really do this work--the way I want us to do this work--without diving in, and staying in, the deep end for a while. I want you to be able to stay in that space of beautiful, sacred creativity. Doing all that in heart-centered community and in a gorgeous setting is a real gift.

You deserve to get away and fill your own well. You, who are always taking care of business. When do you really take yourself away from all of that to sit quietly and reflect? When do you give yourself the time to just play for hours and hours...and hours? (The art space will be open all night!) How often do you allow yourself to just let go?

And when will you have this time again?
