Alice is an artist, arts teacher, holistic creativity coach, a certified wellness coach and wellness program specialist. She received a master’s degree in Integrative Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2013. At CIIS Alice focused on the healing powers of creative expression and the connection between art and wellness. Alice’s journey has developed into a place of combining her love of the arts with a passion to share healthy living with others.
Alice lives in Sonoma with her puppy and freshly minted husband. She assists in Unfold Studio art journaling classes and holding down the fort when Susie's away.

Alice co-teaches with and subs for Susie and teaches her own classes including Meditative Mandalas, Nurture Your Whole Self, Eco-Journaling, and Prayer Flags.

Nichole Warwick is an integrative counselor who works as an expressive arts therapist/educator and environmental health advocate in Sonoma County, CA. As a cancer survivor, she is passionate about health, our environment, grief work, and educating youth to become mindful stewards of environmental health.
Nichole has an M.A. in Psychology and a certificate in Person-Centered Expressive Arts for Healing and Social Change from Saybrook University. She studied ecology and environmental health at Occidental Arts and Ecology as well as with Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project. She has been facilitating workshops and educational enrichment opportunities in Sonoma County for over 10 years.
Nichole’s work is infused with a deep desire for social and environmental justice. She proudly serves on the Ceres Community Project Board of Directors. She also works in contract with Bioneers Collective Heritage Institute, the REACH Charter School, Jonas Fund and Daily Acts.
Laurell is a Professional Clinical Counselor Intern who provides individual counseling as well as Mindfulness Meditation and Expressive Arts Therapy groups with a variety of adult populations in Calaveras County, California.
Laurell has an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Redlands, an M.A. in Education from Pepperdine University, and a Certificate in Person-Centered Expressive Arts Therapy.
On the weekends she loves to sew, read, walk along country roads and play at the creek with her 3 year old fairy granddaughter.
She co-facilitated the Seeking the Light and Body Passion Project Retreats with Susie. And will hopefully be back to co-facilitate more with Susie in 2018.
